Dr. Dowdall was very thorough and friendly. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The office is fresh and inviting. The frame selections were extensive and contemporary. I was in on a Monday and my glasses (prescription sunglasses too Maui Jim's & Raybans) were ready for me within in less than a week. What more can you ask for? Great experience

I saw Dr. Sunderman and he was excellent! He took time to explain everything and a very thorough exam. He was personable and before I left I felt like family! Jenna helped me search for the perfect glasses. She was so helpful and sweet and kind. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there and I’ll definitely be back and will shout your praise to my friends and family! Thank you everyone!

They were absolutely wonderful with my 5-year-old son. They were the only eye doctor I could find that accepted his insurance which made me a bit skeptical at first, but they got him in quickly and definitely surprised me with how amazing they were. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for eye care for their small children. We will absolutely be going there again for all our kids.

I am always alone and they are great at saying, "No, those are too wide." "That color frame doesn't really work well with your hair color. Let me see if they come in different options." My husband and I appreciate and respect the care that we get from Northern Kentucky Eye Care! Dr. Tyler Dowdall OD has been caring for my husband’s eyes for a few years! He took care of my eyes this year! He is very personable, and explains the eye scans, that show what condition my eyes are! His whole staff is very helpful, and sweet! You can’t go wrong with letting N.K. Eye care, take care of your eyes!

From upon entering the office, the customer experience is first-rate! The staff is very friendly, helpful and approachable. Dr. Sunderman and his assistants are very caring and do a great job in explaining any procedure and thoroughly answering any questions or concerns! The facility is always clean and orderly as well. Their selection of frames seems current and well stocked!

My daughter was four at the time, needing an eye exam. She didn’t know the alphabet very well, which was a struggle to find an eye doctor who would see her. NKY Eye Care was able to assess her. They use black and white pictures instead of the alphabet for smaller children. They also made it easy and comfortable around the “scary” equipment. They’re very good with kids. They’re quick to order broken frames or scratched lenses. They have the sweetest receptionists. And they also see me as well. Win-win

The staff is very friendly and courteous. Dr Sunderman is thorough. He explained everything to me so that I could understand. I do not have eye care insurance and they had specials that allowed me to get a year of contacts and a new pair of glasses.
